experience in digital marketing? Then our internship may be for
you! -The internship runs for 4 months and pays $12.50 per hour.
-The Digital Marketing Intern must be able to work up to 29 hours a
week in a hybrid flexible workplace environment.The Digital
Marketing Intern is in charge of executing digital marketing
strategies, under general supervision, across one or more of Launch
That projects. This position follows established procedures in a
hybrid flexible workplace environment.Day-to-Day - -
- Contributions are limited to routine tasks, as assigned by
department leadership and ICs. -
- Assists in some execution of digital marketing strategies.
- Assists in some data aggregation for digital marketing
reports.
- Basic understanding of marketing tools. -
- Minimal level of impact on overall business goals.
- Failure to achieve expected metrics/results will not result in
serious effect on schedules or project milestones.
- Assists in completing SEO tasks related to page production
(competitor research, keyword research, content strategy, page
tagging, QC, etc.), to social media engagement (responding to
comments, creating and scheduling social posts), and to email
marketing (drafting subject lines, drafting email outlines).
- Assists in tracking and reporting on changes in traffic,
rankings and trends.
- Assists in measuring the effectiveness of strategies by
reporting from a variety of sources (Google Analytics, Google
Search Console, Majestic, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Campaign Monitor,
Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Shares report findings with team members through email, Slack
or face-to-face meeting. -Quality Impact
- Work is closely reviewed by peers or manager upon
completion.Team Impact
- Collaborate with marketing team members to achieve collective
goals. -
- Communicate findings and key results with other members of the
marketing team. -
- Work with the project management team to understand time
scheduling.Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for digital marketing and desire to learn something new
each day. -
- Proficient in G Suite.
- Experience managing a professional social media account.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to write easy to understand emails, social posts and
reports.
- Experience working in a content management system such as
WordPress.
- Ability to build positive relationships with others - a team
player.
- Intrinsically motivated to create the best content on the
web.
- Ability to adopt and implement company style guidelines.
- Ability to work with G Suite applications.
- Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Expertise/skills with both learning and sharing.
- Professional and adept, with the ability to embrace technology
and automation.

- 1 year+ of demonstrated experience in organic (SEO) marketing,
social media marketing and/or email marketing
- Responsible for basic SEO, email marketing or social media
tasks
- Pursuing additional education in Marketing/Digital Marketing -
this could be Bachelor's degree, online certificate courses,
etc
- Passionate about sharing digital marketing insights with
others
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush,
Ahrefs, Majestic, etc. -
- Experience with MailChimp, Campaign Monitor or other email
