The product marketing operations manager is responsible for managing the product operations within the marketing function. This role will be responsible for partnering with our product team and ensuring the marketing team is set up with our national and state level product detail. This role will also play a critical role managing state specific regulations and lead the filing efforts for all our state specific marketing materials. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly matrixed work environment with a high degree of individual responsibility and solid collaboration skills. The Product Marketing Operations Manager will report & work directly with the Associate Director of Product Marketing. This role will work most closely with the product, legal, regulatory and the full marketing team. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with product management team and manage all national and state level product information for marketing team
  • Develop and manage all state level plan naming
  • Manage all regulatory marketing needs and ensure compliance by marketing organization
  • Manage all regulatory filing of marketing assets
  • Cultivate relationships with applicable internal business partners to drive support, understanding and collaboration on our product marketing operations (e.g., Sales, Product Management, Legal/Compliance, Creative Services, Operations)
  • Demonstrate understanding of applicable business strategies/goals and how they can address customer requirements and marketing efforts You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
    • BA/BS or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of marketing operations experience
    • 3+ product experience in healthcare industry (Medicare, DSNP, IEX, Medicaid)
    • 3+ years of partnering closely with product, data & analytics and campaign execution teams
    • Experience in fast-paced, complex project management, and an ability to juggle shifting timelines and priorities
    • Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
