Position & Purpose SummaryWe are looking for a creative, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to be a part of unprecedented growth in the marketing funnel for AVIA Connect.Your primary focus will be to define and execute on marketing strategies, build and roll out campaigns and user journeys and track their performance closely. You will be tasked with attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and engaging/nurturing those leads into customers. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter who is detail oriented, highly thorough and passionate about growing AVIA Connect as the marketplace for digital health technology decisions.What is AVIA Connect Marketplace?

  • AVIA Connect Marketplace is where Health Systems go to make Digital Health technology decisions
  • Health systems (buyers) use AVIA Connect Marketplace to research, identify and select Digital Health Solution Companies
  • Digital Health Solution Companies (sellers) use AVIA Connect Marketplace to find their future customersWhat you'll do
    • Identify and test new channels of demand generation including Display, Search, third-party Partnerships, Email, Native, etc.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales teams to build a paid digital promotional strategy and execute across paid channels to hit quarterly targets
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance and optimize channels, budget, creative, assets, content and other campaign components for conversion goals
    • Partner with SEO team to leverage content and linking strategy for AVIA Connect
    • Partner with the Content team to identify assets to be used in demand generation and nurture sequences
    • Work with Analytics team to establish closed-loop analytics and reporting from click to close including channel level ROIWho you are

            • 4+ years digital marketing experience, preferably at a tech company
            • Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Paid Social, Display
            • Experience running campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, email, social, and web
            • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
            • Proven history of using data to drive optimizations in channel performance, ROI and Cost per Customer Acquisition
            • Data, analytics and ROI are at the core of every digital strategy you build
            • Experience marketing to hospitals and health systems is a huge plusNice to have---
              • Experience with Braze and Mixpanel
              • Experience generating web traffic via blogs and other content marketing
