Job Description Do you have a passion for social media and knowledge of current platforms and familiarity with social media as both a brand and engagement tool? This may be a phenomenal role for you! As Social Media Specialist at Hilton Grand Vacations, the primary objective of position is to moderate social media brand accounts as well as provide support for paid campaign setup and content scheduling. This unique role assists the Manager of Social with workflows for earned and paid media platforms.-- - You will have a strong understanding of the inner workings of all major social platforms and know how to fashion and push content to each in the most effective way, as well as how to modify methods as the platforms themselves change.-- - Additional Responsibilities Include: Assist with community management, content generation, scheduling and reporting to support initiatives that help build brand credibility and educate current, potential and future Club Members. This position will be required to aid in the management of multiple active social media accounts on a day-to-day basis.-- - Community management including but not limited to responding to questions, engaging with guests and identifying potential crisis situations Route issues to appropriate business group for assistance with resolutions Support workflows to route social media content to appropriate departments (ex. Legal) for approval Be both a social scientist and knowledgeable of the social space from a product perspective Find opportunities to surprise and delight customers Partner with internal and external partners to help bring campaign visions to life across our various social media networks Perform ad-hoc social media related projects as requested by management Qualifications Required Qualifications: BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree-- - A minimum of 2-3 years social media experience Strong oral communication skills and an understanding of what should be communicated to different audiences Ability to work in a team and assist in the execution of social media requests within an expedited timeframe Be a good problem solver Ability to handle sensitive guest concerns Have a proven understanding of Sprinklr Skilled using MS Office applications. Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in tools such as: Sprinklr and canva Why do Team Members Like Working for us?
