About This JobThis agency is growing rapidly! We're looking for experienced Social Media Managers who will also act as a social media leader for their divisions to work on local profiles for our clients while preparing for our future expansion. This agency has big plans with local and global brand clients. If you do not have experience managing at least 10 - 20 social profiles at a given time, this position is not for you.Alongside a team of account directors, project managers, social media managers, and graphic designers, the Social Media Manager will implement social media marketing strategies and manage anywhere between 23 - 36 accounts. Duties include content strategy, develop brand awareness, generate traffic, and cultivate leads and sales through social efforts. The Social Media Manager is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing social media strategies with a focus on social media page management, content writing, and some paid social ads. The Social Media Manager must also have EXCELLENT intrapersonal skills, confidently speak intelligently about their social media marketing objectives, the current status of projects, and how our goals on social media relate to company-wide or division-wide goals. Team calls can have anywhere from 3 - 20+ participants. The SMM must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written).We love originality, creativity, and anything out of the box! This position is a dedicated position for our largest clients in the restaurant and hospitality industry.We are looking to hire TWO additional social media managers to join our team in the spring. This is a full-time salary position plus bonus opportunities, commission opportunities, and benefits. No moonlighting is permitted. Starting salary depends strictly on experience and determined # of social profiles assigned, which would be determined in part 2 of the interview.
Key Tasks

• In charge of anywhere between 23 - 36 accounts. (Facebook *primarily*, Instagram *primarily* each account = 1 Facebook and 1 linked Instagram profile)
• Social media strategy development (local targets, localized messaging, localized and national objectives, and actions)
• Engage local audiences
• Strategic Planning to improve brand awareness, engage social communities, drive traffic and leads to clients websites
• Reputation Management
• Firm understanding of digital design, user interface, user experience, and social media
• Media Planning on social media: Content calendars, post schedule, and monitoring
• Be highly creative and innovative!
• Social media campaigns creation via Facebook Ads: elaboration of full social campaigns from brief development, objectives implementation, targets creation, tracking, and full reporting
• Benchmarking existing competition + keeping in touch with current trends on Social Media
• Lead weekly team calls internally and for clients.
  Skills/Qualifications Required
  
  • Self-starter, ability to remain focused and work diligently 100% remote from home
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Past experience in digital marketing, or social media position (min. 2 years experience or more. Please list references if available when submitting a resume.)
  • Must be familiar with Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and preferred experience with content management systems, Telegram, Slack, Google Products, and task management software.
  • Ability and confidence to manage a minimum of 23 - 36 accounts on an ongoing basis
  • Excellent knowledge of digital trends with a deep focus on social media
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast pace changing environment
  • Be responsive and respect deadlines while taking the initiative to create own deadlines and expectations for supporting team and client
  • Intensive time management in order to complete tasks on one's own time schedule with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
  • Have a strategic approach to social planning and able to develop recommendations for clients
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Always push your creativity and be innovative!
  • Be curious about social and digital trends
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment but realizes this is a 100% remote position with no in-office setting currently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Maintain a good level of design quality and strong work ethic
  • Good command of spoken and written English is REQUIRED
  • Willing to contribute and work as a team
  • Willing to remain dedicated and focused on all things ME3, no moonlighting in this full-time role
