Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant is responsible for the proficient operation of the office.What you’ll do

  • Performs all office duties including answering the telephone, uses copy and fax machines, retrieves, distributes and handles incoming mail.
  • Promptly responds to emails.
  • Supports department with data entry and document administration.
  • Must be proficient at Microsoft Word, EXCEL and Google Docs.
  • Self-starting and resourceful.What you bring tothe table
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously as well as ability to prioritize to meet deadlines under pressure.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
    • Ability to excel in a high volume, high energy environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to learn and work with new software programs.
    • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
