Job Description The Front Desk is responsible for ensuring
smooth, accurate, and professional daily operations at the clinic.
This dynamic role supports patient flow and team coordination by
following established processes and maintaining high standards of
quality and compliance. The position serves as a key point of
communication between patients, providers, and management. Success
in this role is measured by accuracy, reliability, teamwork, and
the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical
environment. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and assist patients
professionally and efficiently Manage phone calls, scheduling, and
patient communication Verify insurance and collect payments
accurately Maintain and update patient records in EHR and
spreadsheets Send and retrieve medical and legal documentation
Ensure patients follow assigned care plans and clinic protocols
Coordinate daily operations with providers and leadership Maintain
compliance with clinic policies and procedures Support and assist
team members during high-volume periods Identify and report
operational issues to management Support office management tasks
such as supply ordering, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a
welcoming environment Provide customer support by addressing
inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS Preferred: 2 years of front
desk, administrative, or customer service experience Preferred: 2
years of management or team leadership experience Strong
organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication
and phone etiquette Ability to follow policies, procedures, and
compliance standards Bilingual preferred, not required
