and detail-oriented Sales Administrator/Title Clerk to join our
team in Apopka, Florida. This contract-to-permanent position offers
an opportunity to contribute to the efficient processing of title
and sales documents while maintaining compliance with company
policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong
organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy in all
administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Process
incoming payments and maintain accurate financial records. • Handle
incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring documents are properly
distributed and filed. • Prepare, review, and process sales and
title documents in alignment with company procedures. • Communicate
effectively with internal departments, sales teams, and external
agencies to address inquiries and facilitate processes. • Maintain
and update detailed records and tracking systems for vehicle sales
and title transactions. • Ensure completeness and proper filing of
all documents required for sales and registration. • Issue contract
registration tags in accordance with established policies. •
Coordinate with third-party organizations and government agencies
for vehicle titling and registration. • Manage office supplies
related to title processing, including ordering and inventory. •
Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and
generating reports. • Proven experience in title searches,
clearing, and examination. • Familiarity with scanning documents
and preparing preliminary title reports. • Some knowledge of GAAP
accounting principles. • Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and
prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in using office software and
systems for data entry and record management. • Excellent
communication skills for interacting with internal teams and
external agencies. • Commitment to maintaining accuracy and
compliance in all administrative processes.
