to:* Takes responsibility for the majority of clerical and
administrative functions necessary to the smooth management of an
office.* Provide customer service, information control, ordering
and tracking resources, initiating work orders, and serving as
backup records liaison officer (RLO).* Greets guests, receives and
distributes documents, receives telephone calls, sorts and routes
mail, files and retrieves records materials, delivers and picks up
documents, researches files for data, screens file material for
disposal and types forms, memorandums, letters, reports and
studies, utilizing computer software programs such as Microsoft
Office and Excel.* Makes daily pick-up/delivery of provider
packets, signed documents, and other correspondence necessary to
keep staff in the office to expedite their monthly workload.* Acts
as a liaison between the program, internal and external customers.*
Receives phone calls from internal and external customers, takes
messages when needed and answers inquiries independently.* Works
with clients and customers including the general public.* Serves as
the official timekeeper - notifying supervisors when leave limits
are exceeded, posting staff time and attendance, processing
timecards.* Establishes, updates and maintains office files and
records.* Prepares, executes and/or tracks program specific
information.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to
