Hilton Grand Vacations is currently looking an Administrative Support Specialist. What will I be doing?As an Administrative Support Specialist, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

  • Generates and sends correspondence to internal and external customers
  • Assists in coordinating the outsourcing of collection accounts, and communicating with third party collection agencies
  • Confirms representation if an owner refers us to their attorney, including communicating with the attorney or legal representative.

    • High School Graduate/GED equivalent.

    • 1+ years administrative experienceIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
      • Previous hospitality/hotel experience.
      • 3-5 years of related experience.
