an Administrative Support Specialist. What will I be doing?As an
Administrative Support Specialist, you would be responsible for
executing your position's responsibilities in driving company
success through performing the following tasks to the highest
standards.
- Generates and sends correspondence to internal and external
customers
- Assists in coordinating the outsourcing of collection accounts,
and communicating with third party collection agencies
- Confirms representation if an owner refers us to their
attorney, including communicating with the attorney or legal
representative.

- High School Graduate/GED equivalent.
- Strong Microsoft Office computer experience especially with
Word and Outlook.
- 1+ years administrative experienceIt would be advantageous in
this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and
distinctions:
- Previous hospitality/hotel experience.
