Job Description:

Must have at least 2 years experience as coordinator or administrative support role Assist Project Cordination department with permits and County and City registrations Coordinate all permits with clients, agencies, and team Draft and submit permit applications Submit all requirements for permit process Log and track submittals, and track status of outstanding items and permits Maintain communication with various municipalities Assist with Office Administrative duties and project specific needs Assist with inputting data into system Answer phone calls and greet guests General office filling and data entry Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and knowledge is preferred. Skilled in office machines: copier, facsimile, scanner, and strong computer skills Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude Take initiative, work independently with little guidance, and work cohesively with a team. This is not a work remote position.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekendsAbility to commute/relocate: Orlando, FL 32808: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred) Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
