Job Description Summary To assist the organization---s executive team in the daily business operations of its Casa Ispirata and Cavalletto Home brands. The scope of work includes office administration, vendor and customer account management and reporting, customer service, product development, sales and marketing. Ideal candidates will possess the following characteristics --- Polished, professional appearance --- Excellent customer service skills --- Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented --- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment --- Excellent verbal and written communication skills --- Strong computer skills, including Google and Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and knowledge of CRM systems --- Basic Quickbooks skills Duties and Responsibilities --- Assist with all aspects of office management --- Daily use of our CRM system to organize, record and capture sales data --- Customer outreach and service --- Customer account setup and management --- Customer order entry, processing and management --- Vendor account setup and management --- Vendor order entry, processing and management --- Execution of marketing fulfillment activities --- Interface with our warehouse and freight carriers --- Attend local design and networking events --- Periodic overnight travel to assist with setup and work showroom and tradeshow events --- Lead retrieval and management during tradeshows Education / Skill Requirements --- 2-3 years of administrative office and customer service experience --- Valid driver---s license --- Bachelor---s degree or equivalent work experience preferred --- Please send resume to rosywellscasaispirata.com Position Available Immediately Offering --- Competitive base salary --- Medical and dental benefits package --- Opportunity for career advancement and development About Our Company iAtelier Services Corp. is the parent company for the Casa Ispirata and Cavalletto Home home furnishings brands.
