We are looking for an Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks Assistant's responsibilities for a Property Management Company. Some tasks include:-managing calendars and scheduling-answering the phone/checking voicemails and responding-Standard data entry on specific spreadsheets used- Schedule/manage showings for propertiesMust be detail oriented, able to manage and prioritize their workload, a good communicator and have problem solving skills and abilities.Good candidates can demonstrate a high degree of comfort with math and problem solving, and either be familiar with or willing to learn bookkeeping.
