Job Details;

• Pay Rate - $14.00/HR
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM & 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Full Time, Permanent Position!
  Job Duties;
  
  • Answering a multi-line phone system, fielding questions and transferring calls.
  • Entering in new leads/jobs in the company's proprietary software.
  • Scheduling all assessment appointments and follow up calls.
    Job Requirements;
    
    • MUST have at least 1 year of Receptionist, Office Clerk or Administrative experience!
    • MUST be fluent in both English & Spanish!
    • MUST have excellent customer service!
