Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting treasury, and tax compliance - Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency - Maintain strong internal controls and procedures to ensure financial integrity and compliance with Lending and Regulatory requirements - Manage relationships with financial institutions and external partners - Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure high performance and professional development - Support real estate transactions and investments related to company expansion or asset management Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field - CPA certification Required - MBA certification preferred - Proven Track record of at least 5 years in financial leadership within healthcare or senior living industry. - Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP, financial analysis and Modeling as well as forecasting - Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and internal controls - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and external partners - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities - Passion for senior care and a commitment to the mission of providing quality assisted living services Join our organization and be part of a dedicated team that values growth, innovation, and compassionate care.
