All while understanding that together we are even better. /n /n/n /n Schedule:PRN /n /n/n /n Shift:8:00am-4:30; with a weekend rotation /n /n/n /n Location: AdventHealth Daytona Beach /n /n/n /n The community you’ll be caring for: 60 MEMORIAL MEDICAL PKWY, Palm Coast, 32164 /n /n/n /n The role you’ll contribute: /n /n/n /n Provides speech therapy evaluations and treatments to patients to facilitate and maximize functioning level as prescribed by physician. Includes the identification, prevention, remediation, and rehabilitation of patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function, psychosocial abilities, activities of daily living and health status resulting from injury, diseases or other causes. Adheres to Florida Hospital – East Region performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties under regulatory standards and in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values of the organization. /n /n/n /n The value you’ll bring to the team: /n /n/n /n/n /n - Conducts patient assessments. /n /n - Performs a medical record review on all patients prior to the initial intervention which leads to diagnostic classification or referral to another practitioner.
