Job Description:
A company is looking for a Home Equity Mortgage Processor to
manage loan applications and ensure their accuracy and
completeness.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage a pipeline of Home Equity loans, ensuring timely
closings
Communicate effectively with external and internal parties
throughout the loan process
Gather and analyze documentation required for underwriting
approval
Required Qualifications
2 years of mortgage processing industry experience preferred
Knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines
Ability to maintain a pipeline of 30-50 loans
Knowledge of Encompass LOS
Ability to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced
environment
