Our Client specializes in fractional real estate investment and upgrades, elevating properties to meet the highest standards. As an HOA Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in a rapidly growing and stable company that manages home owner associations.
Key Responsibilities of Senior HOA Accountant:

• Managing a total of 35 HOA communities comprised of single family homes.
  
• Conduct month-end close on associations
  
• Manage and oversee diverse accounting, auditing, and budgeting functions within the organization.
  
• Collaborate closely with leadership, contributing your financial expertise to support informed decision-making.
  
• Reconcile monthly balance sheets to ensure accurate financial reporting and identify potential inaccuracies.
  
• Foster and maintain strong communication channels with clients, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
  
• Uphold confidentiality to protect the integrity of sensitive financial information and maintain the organization's value.
  
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your job knowledge and expertise.
