Job Description: As a Staff Accountant at our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records. You will be responsible for recording and accounting for various financial transactions, tracking and reporting on grant-reimbursable funds, and reconciling bank statements. Your specific duties will include:

• The Staff Accountant will be preparing journal entries for accruals, reversals, benefit expenses, bank charges, deposits, and other internal charges
• Preparing reimbursement requests to various funding sources
• As the Staff Accountant you will be reviewing specified program expenditures to ensure that costs are allowable under terms of funding grants
• Generating general ledger and spreadsheets
• The Staff Accountant will be recording expenses for assigned programs and calculating year-to-date expenses and balances To be successful in this role as the Staff Accountant, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and be proficient in Excel. Why Work for Us?
