Continual training Advancement opportunities Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision, Life, Disability insurance 401(k) with company match Health Savings AccountResponsibilities- Strong attention to detail- Review and verify all paperwork/deal jackets ensuring all documents are completed accurately-Process paperwork in a timely manner- Reconcile schedules- Ability to post journal entries- Post new, used, and wholesale deals to accounting books- Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and comfortable in an open office is required- Knowledge of Excel- General Accounting knowledge- Automotive title & tag experience preferred- Automotive accounting or Ignite (Reynolds & Reynolds) experience preferredQualifications- Must have at least one (1) year of recent automotive office experience- Excellent written and verbal communication- Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and organized- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment- Basic computer skills, including word and excel Reynolds and Reynolds DMS helpfulask hiring manager for details EOE/DFWP
