Job Description
This Financial Analyst position will partner with the leaders of multiple departments including, Purchasing, Logistics, Learning and Development, Construction, Project Development, Facilities, and Talent Acquisition to provide financial support.-- -The role will assist with month end close processes by ensuring the accuracy of the financials, identifying any inconsistencies from budget projections and other financial trends. In addition, this individual will assist with developing annual budgets, monthly forecast, new business proformas, as well as trouble shooting and resolving accounting related system and process gaps. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core company values: IntegrityPassionWork Ethic RESPONSIBILITIES: Month-end Close-----"Update the monthly financial statement, ensure the accuracy of the statement and prompt distribution.Analyze the Financial statement to identify any inconsistency with budget. projections and trends or concerns that need to be raised to senior leadership.Assist with preparing annual budgets and monthly forecast.Assist with preparing proforma development for new business activity.Prepare monthly and weekly financial and operational adhoc reporting to assist leadership with decision making.Prepare reporting the tracks senior leadership initiatives to measure their effectiveness.Perform testing for system enhancements from a financial perspective.Document processes and refine processes to ensure all processes are efficient and streamlined.Assist with preparing postmortems to track the performance of pro forma financial projections.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 1-3 years of related work experienceHospitality experience a plusBusiness related degree -----" Accounting, Finance, General business4- ear degree completedStrong Excel skillsExperience with all Microsoft business applicationsExperience with the following applications is a plus, Tableau, Fusion, and Visio. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties related to this position, the team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 10 pounds. Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, for up to eight (8) hours. Must be capable of hearing within what is considered to be a normal range. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear.-- - Specific vision abilities required by this job include capable of distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision and perception, close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. REASONING ABILITIES:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The majority of the work involved in this position will be conducted from an office or other field office. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
