Int his role you will have the following responsibilities:
-Verification and timely processing of supplier invoices/non
supplier invoices including GL account coding.
-Timely review and resolution of supplier invoice discrepancies,
including working with other depts. and /or the supplier to resolve
-Timely processing of employee and salesperson expenses, including
any necessary GL account coding.
-Manage and maintain all Prepaid payments
-Backup for funding and payments for COMPANY
-Special projects as required.
-Filing of invoices.
-Pulling of invoices for daily disbursement as needed.
-Assist other team members as necessary.
-Additional duties as assigned
"Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
"Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
"Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
"Extremely flexible and easily able to adapt to change.
"Strong oral and written communication skills.
"Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills.
"At least three (3) but preferably five (5) years experience in
accounts payable in a corporate environment.
"Experience in a large corporate company with high volume of
"Knowledge of Three Way Vendor Match process is required.
"Knowledge of JD Edwards or Solomon preferred but not required.
"Experience in a company which consisted of more than one entity
preferred but not required.
"Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
"Willingness and ability to clearly and concisely explain actions
and reasons regarding decisions to peers, management and external
"Able to communicate with peers and suppliers to resolve
discrepancies without the assistance of management.
"Willingness to communicate with management regarding work load,
questions and any issues that may need further action from upper
management or other departments.
